1. Introduction

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and PixiLink ("PixiLink", "we", "our", or "us").

PixiLink provides a platform that enables registered users to:

• Create shortened URLs
• Generate QR Codes
• Manage PixiLinks
• Monitor link analytics
• Access subscription-based features through PixiLink Pro

Your use of the Services is subject to these Terms as well as our:

• Privacy Policy
• Refund Policy

By continuing to use PixiLink, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and these Terms.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms:

Account

A registered user profile created to access and use the Services.

Dashboard

The secure area of PixiLink where users can create, manage, and monitor their PixiLinks and account settings.

PixiLink

A shortened URL created through the PixiLink platform that redirects users to an original destination URL.

Services

All websites, applications, dashboards, subscription features, QR code generation, analytics, and related functionality provided by PixiLink.

Subscription

A paid PixiLink Pro plan that provides additional features beyond the Free Plan for a specified duration.

User

Any individual or organization that creates an account or uses the Services.

Visitor

A person who accesses or clicks on a PixiLink, whether or not they have a PixiLink account.

Content

Any information submitted, uploaded, generated, stored, or shared through the Services, including URLs, QR codes, titles, and related data.

Pro Features

Features available exclusively to users with an active PixiLink Pro subscription.

3. Eligibility

By using PixiLink, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement.
• The information you provide during registration is accurate and complete.
• You will keep your account information up to date.
• Your use of PixiLink complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

If you are using PixiLink on behalf of a business, company, or other organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

PixiLink reserves the right to refuse access to the Services where permitted by applicable law.

4. User Accounts

A registered account is required to create and manage PixiLinks.

Users may register using:

• Email Address and Password
• Google Sign-In (Google OAuth)

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate registration information.
• Keep your login credentials secure.
• Notify PixiLink immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Not share your account with another individual unless expressly permitted by PixiLink.

PixiLink is not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account caused by your failure to protect your credentials.

Account Ownership

The account belongs to the individual or organization that registered it using valid information.

PixiLink may request verification of account ownership before assisting with account recovery, ownership disputes, or security-related requests.

Account Security

To help protect the Services and other users, PixiLink implements reasonable security measures, including password hashing, encrypted authentication, secure cloud infrastructure, and rate limiting.

Users are encouraged to:

• Use strong, unique passwords.
• Keep recovery information up to date.
• Avoid sharing login credentials.
• Sign out of shared or public devices after use.

Maintaining account security is a shared responsibility between PixiLink and the user.

Account Changes

Where available, users may manage their account through the PixiLink dashboard, including:

• Updating profile information.
• Changing authentication settings.
• Managing subscriptions.
• Deleting their account.

Some account management features may be introduced or expanded as PixiLink continues to evolve.

Account Deletion

Users may permanently delete their account through the account settings when this functionality is available.

Deleting an account may result in the permanent removal of:

• Profile information
• PixiLinks
• QR Codes
• Associated analytics
• Other account-related data

Responsibility for Account Activity

You are responsible for all actions performed through your account.

If your account is used in violation of these Terms, PixiLink may suspend or terminate the account, regardless of whether the activity was performed by you or by another person who obtained access to your credentials.

5. Using PixiLink

PixiLink provides a platform that enables registered users to create, manage, and monitor shortened URLs through a secure dashboard.

Subject to these Terms, users may use the Services to:

• Create PixiLinks from valid destination URLs.
• Generate QR Codes for PixiLinks.
• View analytics associated with their PixiLinks.
• Manage their links through the dashboard.
• Upgrade to available PixiLink Pro subscription plans.
• Access additional features included with their subscription.

You agree to use PixiLink only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

Your use of the Services must not interfere with the normal operation, security, or reliability of the platform.

Fair Use

PixiLink is designed to provide reliable services for all users.

You agree not to use automated methods, scripts, bots, or other techniques that may negatively affect platform performance or disrupt other users' experience.

Where reasonable usage limits apply, users are expected to use the Services fairly and responsibly.

PixiLink reserves the right to introduce reasonable usage limits or platform protections to maintain service quality and platform stability.

Service Improvements

PixiLink continuously improves its Services.

We may:

• Introduce new features.
• Modify existing functionality.
• Improve security.
• Improve analytics.
• Enhance performance and reliability.

Some features may become available only to specific subscription plans.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

PixiLink is intended to be used responsibly and lawfully.

Users must not use the Services for any unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose.

By using PixiLink, you agree not to create, distribute, or promote links that involve or facilitate:

Illegal Activities

Including but not limited to:

• Illegal products or services
• Criminal activities
• Fraudulent schemes
• Identity theft
• Financial scams
• Counterfeit goods
• Unauthorized access to systems
• Distribution of illegal software

Phishing & Fraud

You may not use PixiLink for:

• Fake login pages
• Credential harvesting
• Banking fraud
• Payment scams
• Fake giveaways
• Cryptocurrency scams
• Investment fraud
• Social engineering attacks

Malware & Harmful Software

You may not use PixiLink to distribute or promote:

• Malware
• Viruses
• Ransomware
• Spyware
• Trojans
• Malicious scripts
• Harmful downloads
• Software intended to damage systems or steal information

Spam

Users must not use PixiLink for:

• Mass unsolicited messaging
• Spam emails
• Spam SMS campaigns
• Automated spam posting
• Bulk promotional abuse
• Link farming
• Artificial traffic generation

Intellectual Property Infringement

Users may not use PixiLink to share or distribute content that infringes the intellectual property rights of others, including:

• Copyright infringement
• Trademark infringement
• Pirated software
• Unauthorized media distribution
• Illegal streaming content

Users are solely responsible for ensuring they have the necessary rights to the content they share.

Harmful or Offensive Content

PixiLink may not be used to distribute or promote content that:

• Encourages violence
• Promotes terrorism or extremist activities
• Contains unlawful hate speech
• Facilitates harassment or abuse
• Exploits or endangers minors
• Violates applicable laws

Platform Abuse

You agree not to:

• Circumvent platform security measures.
• Attempt unauthorized access to PixiLink systems.
• Probe or scan our infrastructure without authorization.
• Reverse engineer the Services except where permitted by law.
• Interfere with platform availability.
• Introduce malicious code into the Services.
• Abuse APIs or automated systems (if available).
• Attempt to bypass subscription limitations or usage restrictions.

7. User Content

Users retain ownership of the destination URLs and other content they submit through PixiLink.

However, by using the Services, you grant PixiLink a limited, non-exclusive license to:

• Store your PixiLinks.
• Process your URLs.
• Generate QR Codes.
• Display analytics within your dashboard.
• Perform technical operations necessary to provide the Services.

This license exists solely for the purpose of operating, maintaining, securing, and improving the PixiLink platform.

PixiLink does not claim ownership of your websites, domains, or destination content.

User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

• Every PixiLink created under your account.
• The destination URLs you submit.
• Any content accessible through your PixiLinks.
• Compliance with applicable laws.
• Obtaining any permissions required for the content you share.

PixiLink is not responsible for the content, availability, accuracy, or legality of third-party websites linked through the Services.

Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for ensuring that:

• Your destination URLs are accurate.
• Your links do not intentionally mislead visitors.
• Your content remains lawful throughout its use.

If a destination website changes after a PixiLink has been created, you remain responsible for ensuring that it continues to comply with these Terms.

8. Link Management & Removal

To help maintain a safe and trustworthy platform, PixiLink reserves the right to investigate any PixiLink or account that may violate these Terms.

Where reasonably necessary, PixiLink may:

• Disable individual PixiLinks.
• Temporarily suspend access to specific links.
• Remove malicious or unlawful content.
• Restrict access to certain platform features.
• Suspend or permanently terminate user accounts.

Such actions may be taken without prior notice where necessary to protect users, comply with legal obligations, or preserve the security and integrity of the Services.

Reporting Abuse

If you believe that a PixiLink is being used for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or malicious purposes, you may report it by contacting: support@pixilink.co

To help us investigate your report efficiently, please include:

• The PixiLink or shortened URL.
• The reason for your report.
• Any relevant supporting information or evidence.

PixiLink reviews reports in good faith and may take appropriate action based on the information available.

Repeat Violations

Users who repeatedly violate these Terms or misuse the Services may have their accounts permanently suspended or terminated.

Repeated violations may include, but are not limited to:

• Creating malicious PixiLinks.
• Repeated phishing attempts.
• Spam campaigns.
• Distribution of malware.
• Circumvention of platform restrictions.
• Repeated copyright or intellectual property violations.
• Any activity that threatens the security, integrity, or reputation of the PixiLink platform.

PixiLink reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion and acting reasonably, whether a violation has occurred and what action is appropriate based on the severity and frequency of the conduct.

9. Subscription Plans

PixiLink offers both free and paid subscription plans to accommodate different user needs.

Available plans may include:

• Free Plan
• Pro Monthly Plan
• Pro Quarterly Plan

Each subscription plan provides access to features and usage limits as described on the Pricing page.

PixiLink reserves the right to introduce new plans, modify existing plans, or discontinue plans in the future. Any such changes will apply prospectively and will not affect an active subscription already purchased unless otherwise communicated.

Free Plan

The Free Plan allows users to access the core functionality of PixiLink with certain limitations.

Features, usage limits, and available functionality under the Free Plan may change over time as the platform evolves.

Pro Plans

Pro subscriptions provide access to additional features, higher usage limits, and enhanced functionality.

The features included in each Pro plan are described on the PixiLink Pricing page.

Access to Pro features is available only while an active subscription is in effect.

10. Payments

Payments for PixiLink Pro subscriptions are securely processed through Razorpay.

By purchasing a subscription, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

PixiLink does not store your payment card details or sensitive banking information. Payment information is processed directly by Razorpay in accordance with its own terms and privacy practices.

Manual Subscription Renewal

PixiLink subscriptions are not automatically renewed.

At the end of your subscription period:

• Your subscription will expire automatically.
• No payment will be charged automatically.
• You may manually purchase another subscription if you wish to continue using Pro features.

PixiLink may send reminder notifications before your subscription expires, but you remain responsible for renewing your subscription if desired.

Pricing

Subscription prices are displayed on the PixiLink Pricing page.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Prices are displayed in the applicable currency.
• Applicable taxes may be charged where required by law.
• Promotional pricing may be available for limited periods.

PixiLink reserves the right to modify pricing for future purchases at any time.

Changes will not affect subscriptions that have already been purchased.

Refunds

Refund eligibility is governed exclusively by the PixiLink Refund Policy.

By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the applicable Refund Policy in effect at the time of purchase.

11. Intellectual Property

The PixiLink platform and its original content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Unless otherwise stated, PixiLink owns or has the necessary rights to:

• The PixiLink name
• Logos
• Branding
• Website design
• Dashboard interface
• Source code
• Software
• Documentation
• Graphics
• Icons
• User interface elements
• Platform functionality

These rights are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Limited License

Subject to these Terms, PixiLink grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Services solely for their intended purpose.

This license does not grant ownership of the Services or any intellectual property rights.

Restrictions

You may not, unless expressly permitted by law or with prior written permission from PixiLink:

• Copy or reproduce the Services.
• Modify or create derivative works.
• Sell or sublicense any part of the platform.
• Redistribute platform assets.
• Remove copyright or proprietary notices.
• Use PixiLink branding without authorization.

Unauthorized use may result in suspension of your account and other legal remedies available under applicable law.

12. Third-Party Services

PixiLink integrates with trusted third-party providers to deliver certain functionality.

These providers may include:

• Google OAuth
• Google Analytics
• Razorpay
• Vercel
• MongoDB Atlas
• Gmail SMTP
• GitHub

Additional providers may be introduced as the Services evolve.

Your use of third-party services may also be governed by the respective terms and privacy policies of those providers.

PixiLink is not responsible for the availability, functionality, security, or practices of third-party services.

13. Service Availability

PixiLink is committed to providing a reliable and secure platform.

However, uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.

The Services may occasionally become unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance
• Emergency maintenance
• Software updates
• Security improvements
• Infrastructure upgrades
• Network failures
• Third-party service interruptions
• Events beyond our reasonable control

Where reasonably practicable, planned maintenance that may significantly affect the Services will be communicated in advance.

PixiLink is not responsible for losses arising from temporary interruptions or unavailability of the Services.

Beta or Experimental Features

From time to time, PixiLink may release new or experimental features for evaluation and feedback.

Such features may:

• Change without notice.
• Be modified or discontinued.
• Contain bugs or limitations.
• Not be available to all users.

Beta features are provided on an "as available" basis and may not offer the same level of reliability as generally available features.

14. Suspension & Termination

PixiLink reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Services where reasonably necessary to protect the platform, its users, or comply with legal obligations.

This may occur if you:

• Violate these Terms.
• Engage in unlawful activity.
• Create phishing or fraudulent links.
• Distribute malware or harmful software.
• Abuse platform resources.
• Attempt unauthorized access.
• Circumvent subscription or security controls.
• Infringe intellectual property rights.
• Engage in conduct that may damage the security, reputation, or operation of PixiLink.

Depending on the nature of the violation, PixiLink may:

• Issue a warning.
• Remove specific PixiLinks.
• Restrict access to certain features.
• Temporarily suspend the account.
• Permanently terminate the account.

Serious violations may result in immediate suspension or termination without prior notice.

Effect of Termination

If your account is terminated or deleted:

• Your access to the Services may immediately cease.
• Active subscriptions may end in accordance with these Terms and the Refund Policy.
• PixiLinks, analytics, QR Codes, and associated account data may become inaccessible or be permanently removed.
• Certain information may be retained where required by law or for legitimate security, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution purposes.

Termination of an account does not relieve you of obligations or liabilities that arose before termination.

Survival

The following sections will continue to apply even after your account has been terminated or your use of the Services has ended:

• Limitation of Liability
• Disclaimer of Warranties
• Indemnification
• Governing Law
• Any provisions that, by their nature, are intended to survive termination.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PixiLink, its owners, affiliates, service providers, licensors, employees, and representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Services.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Loss of profits
• Loss of revenue
• Loss of business opportunities
• Loss of data
• Loss of goodwill
• Business interruption
• Loss resulting from broken or inaccessible destination websites
• Loss resulting from third-party services
• Security incidents beyond our reasonable control

PixiLink provides a platform for creating and managing shortened URLs. We do not control, monitor, endorse, or guarantee the availability, accuracy, legality, or security of third-party websites linked through PixiLinks.

Your use of the Services is at your own risk.

Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, PixiLink's total liability shall be limited to the amount you paid for the applicable subscription during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

16. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PixiLink disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to warranties of:

• Merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Accuracy
• Reliability
• Availability

PixiLink does not guarantee that:

• The Services will always be available.
• The Services will be uninterrupted.
• The Services will be error-free.
• All defects will be corrected immediately.
• The Services will always meet every user's expectations.
• Third-party websites accessed through PixiLinks will remain available or secure.

While we continually work to improve reliability and security, users acknowledge that internet-based services may experience occasional interruptions.

17. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PixiLink, its owners, affiliates, employees, contractors, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or legal fees arising out of or related to:

• Your use of the Services.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your violation of applicable laws or regulations.
• Content or links created through your account.
• Any infringement of intellectual property or other rights of third parties.
• Any fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive activity conducted through your account.

This obligation survives the termination of your account and your use of the Services.

PixiLink shall not be responsible for any delay, interruption, or failure to perform its obligations where such delay or failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

These circumstances may include, but are not limited to:

• Fires
• Earthquakes
• Epidemics or pandemics
• Government actions or restrictions
• War or civil unrest
• Terrorist attacks
• Internet outages
• Power failures
• Cyberattacks
• Failure of third-party infrastructure or service providers

During such events, PixiLink will make reasonable efforts to restore Services as soon as practicable.

19. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes through good-faith communication.

20. Changes to these Terms

PixiLink may revise these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect:

• Changes to the Services
• New platform features
• Security improvements
• Changes in applicable laws or regulations
• Business or operational changes

When material changes are made, the Last Updated date at the top of this page will be revised.

Your continued use of the Services after updated Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you should discontinue using the Services.

21. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with the following documents, constitute the entire agreement between you and PixiLink regarding your use of the Services:

These documents supersede all prior discussions, understandings, communications, or agreements relating to the Services.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Failure by PixiLink to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other rights.

• You agree to comply with all applicable laws while using the Services.
• You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account.
• You understand that misuse of the Services may result in suspension or termination of your account.
• You have also read and agree to the PixiLink Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.
